Read moreTulare sits in the middle of the biggest dairy county in the United States, around 450,000 milk cows inside the county line, and that is not an abstract fact when you own a car here. Feed dust, lot grit and the fine powder that comes off a disced field in August all end up bonded to your clear coat. It does not rinse off. It has to be pulled off chemically and with clay, which is why a $15 tunnel wash leaves a car that still feels like sandpaper.
Then there is the water. Valley tap is hard, so anything that air-dries in Tulare leaves white mineral spots baked into the finish. In July and August, with the thermometer over 100, soap and water flash-dry on a panel before you can get back to it. We work one panel at a time, in the shade side of the vehicle, and we dry with forced air and microfiber instead of letting the sun do it.
And every February the International Agri-Center puts on World Ag Expo, the largest agricultural exposition in the world, with over 1,200 exhibitors and around 100,000 visitors from 65 countries. A lot of trucks and equipment get cleaned up for that week. If you need yours presentable for the show, book well ahead of the second Tuesday in February, because that week fills.
Tulare is home base, so there is no drive time to price in and Tulare bookings are the easiest slots we have. Highway 137 runs right through the middle of town as Tulare Avenue and M Street, which is also the road that takes us west to Corcoran and east toward Exeter, so you are sitting on the spine of our whole service area.
We work anywhere inside the city. Houses east and west of the 99, the neighborhoods off Bardsley and Prosperity, and workplace lots when someone would rather have it done while they are inside. All we need is a flat spot about a car and a half wide. We bring our own water and our own power, so you do not need to give up a spigot or run an extension cord. Ceramic coating is the one job that needs a covered, controlled space, and we will sort that out with you when you book it.

Yes, as long as the lot has a space we can keep for a couple of hours and nobody needs to move the car mid-job. A lot of our Tulare work is done while the owner is inside at work, and we text when we are finished.
